This ingredient targets weeds below the soil before they have a chance to germinate and to elongate. It inhibits the cell division process in the target weeds and grasses, so they're unable to grow roots and shoots, to emerge from the soil and to compete with other plants. Pendulum 3.3 EC per-emejrgent herbicide is an oil-based formula unlike its granular counterparts.

The emulsifiable concentrate is made up of three parts: the main ingredient, a solvent and a surfactant. The solvent helps to dissolve the pendimethalin so that the plant can easily absorb it. The surfactant reduces the surface tension of the weeds and helps the herbicide work even better and faster than other products of its kind.

Where to Use Pendulum 3.3 EC Pre-Emergent Herbicide

Use Pendulum 3.3 EC pre-emergent herbicide in areas where broadleaf weeds and grasses may threaten residential and commercial areas. Spray this oil-based pesticide on lawns and landscapes to keep weeds from strangling ornamental plants and grasses at the roots. Apply it on roadsides, fencerows and parking lots to keep them from becoming overgrown with crabgrass and other invasive weeds.

Note: Pendulum 3.3 EC Pre-Emergent Herbicide contains a yellowing agent that may stain sidewalks and other hard surfaces.

Target Broadleaf Weed and Grasses

Pendulum 3.3 EC targets a variety of broadleaf weeds and grasses such as crabgrass and henbit.
